Blogging is a very public activity. Anything that is posted on the Internet stay there. FOREVER! Deleting a post simply removed it from the blog it was posted to. Coped of that post may exist scattered throughout the Internet. That is why we need to be careful and follow some simple, clear, rule about blogging.
First Rule:
To protect your privacy, you need to set up your account using only your first name. This means that many of you may need to change your profile. If you have the same first name as another classmate, then add the first initial of you last name, like DanielleP. Besides this, you should never give out any person information.
Second Rule:
Do not use a real picture of yourself. If you really want a picture associated with you, pick an avatar, a picture of something that represents you but IS NOT actually you.
Third Rule:
As this is a class blog, professtional language and actions are expected and required. Do not use slang words, like btw, u, r, etc.
